Improvements

Community channels can now be linked to specific programs and classes. As a result, these channels are only visible to their associated participants.
The settings pages are now organized more logically and clearly categorized, making it easier to find the settings you need.

Redesigned Program Builder

Creating a program in the admin dashboard is now simpler and more intuitive. The new step-by-step program builder guides you through configuring essentials such as basic details, academic years, progression rules, certification, standard rates, and the initial cycle.

Programs can now consist of multiple academic years or phases, each with their own schedule, lessons, and settings. When starting a new cycle, you can easily copy existing lessons, so you don’t have to rebuild a program from scratch each time.

In addition, various aspects of the program environment have been updated. Actions and settings behave more consistently, dates and enrollment statuses are displayed more clearly, and forms are easier to use. Both Dutch and English texts have also been improved for clarity.

More Flexible Installment Payments

Installment payments are now more flexible to configure. With the new settings, you can set payment schedules by month, by quarter, or based on a custom interval of your choice.

Frequently asked questions

How do students and teachers get an account?

Your institution admin sends an email invitation. The person sets a password on first sign-in — there’s no separate email confirmation step.

What URL will our institution use?

You choose a subdomain during setup (yourschool.academqo.com). A custom domain is available on the Institution plan.

Can we import our existing student and programme data?

Programmes, classes, and people can all be entered directly in the app today. Get in touch if you need help planning a larger move of existing records.

What happens if something looks wrong?

Email support@academqo.com with your institution subdomain and what you’re seeing — we read every message and reply as soon as we can.
