- Who is Academqo for?
- Training institutes, language schools, music and arts academies, and coaching programmes that run classes over weeks or months. If you mainly sell one-day open courses, a short-course planner may fit better.
- Is this class scheduling software or an LMS?
- Both sit in one administration. You plan programmes and weekly rosters, then attach lessons, assignments, or self-paced e-learning. It is not a standalone authoring suite.
- Can I run e-learning and classroom programmes together?
- Yes. Scheduled programmes keep classes and a timetable. Self-paced programmes use modules and progress without a class. Both live under Programmes in the same institution.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get 14 days to set up your institution. You can cancel before the trial ends.
- Where is data hosted, and do you have a DPA?
- The platform is hosted in the EU. GDPR export and erasure tools are built in, and every customer receives a data processing agreement.
