We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Service. With your consent on marketing pages, we also load Google Ads and Google Analytics tags to measure advertising performance and site usage.

- Authentication and session cookies — provided by Supabase to keep you signed in across subdomains and maintain secure sessions
- Payment session cookies — provided by Stripe during checkout and billing management
- Preference cookies — set by Academqo to remember choices that are necessary for signup and consent management
Specific cookies may include:
- Supabase auth session cookies — keep you signed in across subdomains
- Stripe session cookies — used during checkout and billing portal flows
- academqo_cookie_consent — stores your cookie banner preference
- academqo_billing_currency — stores detected billing currency for signup consistency
- academqo_preferred_plan and academqo_billing_interval — store plan preferences during signup
Advertising / measurement (consent required)
When you accept the cookie banner on our marketing site, we load Google’s gtag.js with Google Ads (`AW-18369584725`) and Google Analytics 4 (`G-RKH9J4LLB8`). Google may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure ad clicks, conversions, site usage, and related advertising performance on Academqo marketing pages.
These tags are not loaded until you accept. Clearing the consent cookie or declining via your browser controls will stop new loads after the current session’s scripts are gone.
Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are required to provide the Service you request, including secure login, checkout, and consent management.
Advertising / measurement cookies are used only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / ePrivacy where applicable).
Managing cookies
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our banner without breaking core functionality such as authentication, billing, or consent storage.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the Service may not function correctly. To withdraw advertising consent, clear the `academqo_cookie_consent` cookie (or site data for academqo.com) and decline when the banner reappears, or block third-party cookies for Google domains in your browser.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by our service providers when you use authentication, billing, or (with consent) advertising and analytics measurement. Those providers process data under their own privacy notices and our agreements with them. Google’s advertising and measurement processing is described in Google’s privacy documentation for Ads, Analytics, and gtag.
