01What you get

One student list for the office

Enrolment software for training providers should not be a form that dumps into email. Invites, programme years, class placement, and attendance share the same record.

The full public applications pipeline — review, waitlists, custom domain — is on Institution. Every plan can invite and enrol directly.

In short

  • Staff invites for admin, registrar, and teacher
  • Student invites and enrolment into a programme year
  • Class placement, withdrawal, and capacity warnings
  • Session attendance with a per-student summary
  • Online applications and waiting lists on Institution

Everyday intake

Invite the people you already know

Most institutes start with a list. Send invites, enrol into the year, and place the class. Withdrawal does not require a second spreadsheet.

  • Role-based staff invites
  • Enrolment into the current programme year
  • Class placement with gentle capacity warnings

How intake works

Can I enrol students without a public application form?
Yes. Every plan can invite and enrol directly. The public applications pipeline is an Institution feature.
Does attendance belong here?
Yes. Session attendance is recorded against the class and summarised per student — not in a separate register.
How do self-paced learners enrol?
Staff can enrol them into the e-learning programme, or they buy a one-time offer from the public catalogue. They do not need a class seat.
